iPad: Part 3

I'm going to stick with my ipod touch and observe the ipad launch more carefully. I want to wait before buying it. So, for the moment, the ipod touch stays.

iPad: Second Look

I've decided to give the iPad a try when it comes out. At first, I didn't see the need for it, but now, I want to try it out for myself to see if I'm right or wrong.

iPad: First Look

When the iPad was first announced, I was curious. After learning about it more, I think that iPad is overrated. Sure, it's a bigger screen, a faster processor, Wi-Fi + 3G and all that good stuff. However, I just don't see the appeal. To me, it's just a netbook with a touch screen. Also, with the prices they for both Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + 3G, you're better off just getting a laptop. They're cheaper and have much more to offer. I'm going to wait for the next ipod touch to have an fm tuner because that's the feature I want the most. Now, I love the iPod Touch, but it needs an fm tuner. I know that they're apps for internet radio and those are cool, but sometimes, I want to listen to my local stations.I tried the iPod Nano with the fm tuner, but it just wasn't the same. I hope that the next iPod Touch does have an fm tuner. Then, to me, it would be a perfect device. So, in conclusion, if you got the cash to burn and the iPad's appealing to you, be my guess. Everyone else, just get a laptop.

Rock the Era

This Sunday, we're having a Rock the Era meeting at the Kaikan (community center in Japanese). If you would like to come, it starts at 10am, located on Saddle Creek across the street from Family Dollar. I hope that you can join us. :D

The visit

Today, I visited Scott, Colin and Bill at Minor White Studio. That's where I did my internship before going to MCC. They were happy to see me and we got caught up. It was like I never left. It was good to see them again and I hope to see them again soon.

New Year's Gongyo 2010

I just got back from New Year's Gongyo. It was so wondeful. I'm glad that everyone had a good time. Today, I was announced as a district leader for the green territory on north easy Omaha. Afterwards, we had a potluck. I'm really glad that the day turned out good. I was worried that because of the weather, slot of people wouldn't make it. Well, Happy New Year Everyone! <3 :D <3
